The Department of Accreditation, Quality, and Rankings was established to ensure academic excellence, maintain high quality standards, and enhance the university's global reputation. The department is comprised of three main divisions: The Accreditation Division, the Quality Division, and the Rankings Division. Each division plays a critical role in achieving the department's overarching goal of continuous improvement.
The Accreditation Division is dedicated to upholding exceptional educational standards by meeting the requirements set by national and international accreditation bodies. These standards are designed to ensure that students acquire the fundamental skills and knowledge needed for success in their chosen fields, thus preparing them for a prosperous career.
The Quality Division is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of academic excellence and ensuring the quality of academic programs. This division implements and oversees academic quality assurance processes and procedures, while also striving to enhance and ensure the quality, efficiency, and safety of administrative operations and services. This is achieved by applying internationally recognized quality management standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The Rankings Division focuses on monitoring and improving the university's standing in national and international rankings. This division strategically positions the university within its peer institutions, highlighting its strengths and achievements to a global audience. It evaluates the university's performance across various ranking systems, analyzing criteria such as academic reputation, research output, faculty qualifications, and student satisfaction to assess the university's competitive position.
