Deanship of Academic Development and Quality Assurance
The Academic Development Center (ADC) and the Quality Assurance Office were established in 2004 and 2007, respectively. In 2010, these two units were consolidated into the Academic Development and Quality Assurance Center (ADQAC). In 2022, the center was elevated to a deanship.
As an independent academic and administrative entity, the deanship plays a crucial role in strategic leadership and governance, functioning as an internal auditor. It develops strategies and quality policies aimed at enhancing academic performance. The deanship is also responsible for formulating and implementing the institution's strategic plan for quality assurance and accreditation, ensuring that all academic programs and administrative units within the university achieve excellence in both academic and administrative areas, in accordance with established scientific standards.
In addition to this, the deanship is tasked with evaluating faculty performance to improve the teaching and learning experience. It also monitors a range of key performance indicators, performance statistics, and feedback related to academic and administrative processes across the entire institution.
