Raise awareness among faculty, administrative staff, and students about the concept of quality and the significance of implementing quality strategies that positively influence educational outcomes, institutional quality, and the job market.
Develop strategic plans to ensure academic quality and accreditation for all colleges, departments, and units within the university.
Establish effective academic and leadership advisory systems to offer technical guidance to other educational and scientific institutions on developing and implementing performance evaluation systems and quality assurance practices.
Provide consultancy services to all colleges, departments, and administrative units to overcome management and development challenges, ensuring the adoption of best practices in quality assurance.
Enhance the skills of faculty members and improve the learning environment by offering diverse training programs.
Create a competitive reward and incentive system for faculty and administrative staff with exceptional performance.
Design evaluation systems and standards to assess various activities and evaluate both academic and administrative performance.
Implement a variety of methods to assess teaching effectiveness and exam quality, aimed at evaluating faculty performance.
