* Reservations will only be confirmed after receiving the full payment by credit card.

* Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.​

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:

• Hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Room reservations cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply
• Any cancellation received 29 - 21 days before arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% on bed & breakfast basis is charged for all bookings for the first night only.
• Any cancellation received less than 21 days and more than 7 days of the arrival date, the Hotel will charge for the first night of the whole group.
• Any cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival dates, the Hotel will charge for the full stay of the group.
• In case of no-show on the arrival date, you shall be held responsible for payment compute as the equivalent for the full length of stay.
• Clients departing before their booked check-out date will be charged for the remaining nights.​​​​
