Dr. Qusai M. Aljarrah received his
MBBS Jordan
University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jordan in 2005
and M. Sc. in General Surgery, from the same university, Jordan
in 2011. Dr Aljarrah the travelled for a Vascular Surgery
Fellowship to the United Kingdom. He was awarded
Masters in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery with Distinction by
the University of Edinburgh and the
Royal College of Surgeons of
Edinburgh in 2015. Currently working as a Consultant
Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon at
King Abdullah University
Hospital (KAUH) affiliated with JUST since 2016.
During his fellowship in the UK, he
worked in regional vascular centres across the UK. Namely,
University Hospital of
South Manchester, Kings
College Hospitals, East
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. Dr Aljarrah is an eminent
clinician in limb salvage interventions, diabetic foot
complications and wound therapy.
Dr Aljarrah is an enthusiastic
surgical trainer and medical educationist. He has been selected
by the
University of Edinburgh as a faculty tutor for the ChM in
Vascular and Endovascular surgery online teaching modules
for 4 years. Besides, being a tutor and an examiner for JUST
Medical School students and general surgery residents at KAUH.
He has regularly published and
delivered national presentations in his area of expertise.
