The Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) celebrated the renewal of its International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9001:2015) International Quality Management certificates for the period 2024-2027. The certificates were awarded to the deans of faculties, as well as directors of units, centers, and departments, during a ceremony held under the patronage of Professor Ahmad Al-Ajlouni, Vice President, representing University President Professor Khaled Al-Salem.

Professor Al-Ajlouni emphasized JUST's continuous commitment to enhancing its processes through strategic plans aimed at automating administrative operations and achieving international academic accreditation. He highlighted that the renewal of these certificates reflects the university's adherence to global standards and the collaborative efforts of its staff in maintaining a quality management system established in 2012.

Professor Al-Ajlouni also noted that excelling in quality management within academic institutions aligns with the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan to position national institutions as exemplary models of governance and management. He expressed his gratitude to the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, along with all university employees, for their significant contributions to this achievement.

Professor Ammar Al-Maaytah, Dean of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, expressed pride in this milestone, which he described as a testament to JUST's ambitious vision to lead educational institutions in the region. He highlighted the university's sustained efforts to uphold the highest standards of academic and administrative performance, recently recognized through its receipt of the Level 1 Quality Assurance Certificate from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions.

Professor Al-Maaytah attributed this success to the dedication, teamwork, and strategic planning of university staff, stressing the importance of continuously updating systems and procedures to fulfill JUST's vision of excellence and innovation.

The ceremony concluded with Professor Al-Ajlouni distributing the certificates to representatives from various colleges, centers, and units across the university.
