The "IBDAA Initiative" aims to identify talented and distinguished students in the Faculty of Pharmacy, to involve them in various activities, such as art exhibitions and competitions, to honor them, to give them priority in various opportunities and to rely on them in forming the committees in the faculty. It also focuses on encouraging students' creativity with all their abilities and interests.

Al-Najjar expressed her pride in the students of Jordan University of Science and Technology and the excellence of their talents during this initiative, praising the reputation of the university at the local and regional levels and its role in supporting creativity, innovation and excellence, in addition to its work for the public interest and the Jordanian national project, which was founded on the concepts of diversity, partnership, creativity and quality, stressing that Jordan has been and will continue to release innovations and present them to the world, in partnership between the public and private sectors, civil society and the exceptional energies of youth.

For his part, Prof. Haddad said that Jordan University of Science and Technology was and will remain the incubator of creativity and innovation in all fields and at various levels, indicating that despite the fact that the mental image of Jordan University of Science and Technology is purely scientific, and this is an image that distinguishes the university in which we are proud, and what His Hashemite Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein said about it as “the best scientific center in Jordan” suffices us. However, our meeting today confirms that the scientist, the writer, the artist, the poet and the novelist are there together in our university.
