At the end of the workshop, there were some recommendations in order to bridge the gap and complete the shortage in the documentations required to renew the ISO 9001:2015 certificate. The most important of these steps and procedures is to focus on applying the concepts of understanding the institutional context, such as identifying the internal and external issues related to the system, identifying the relevant parties and their administrative units, identifying their needs, integrating these concepts with the concepts of risks and opportunities and controlling the processes of the quality system. It was also emphasized that more participation and follow-up by the leaders of departments and administrative units concerned to ensure the development of the system to meet the trends of the top management, and help in dealing with the risks and opportunities faced by the University and its various departments, and covers all the needs of the parties concerned.
