Lecture at the Jordanian University of Science and Technology on the harmonization of the outputs of university education and the requirements of the labor market
Vice-President of the University of Science and Technology, Dr. Mohammed Al-Abini, presented a lecture entitled "Narrowing the gap between the outputs of education and the requirements of the global labor market." The lecture was moderated by the University's President, Prof. Saeb Khreisat in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Irbid Electricity Company, And members of the municipality.
Professor Al-Abini said that this lecture is a prelude to the launch of a project to coordinate the outputs of university education and labor market requirements for sustainable development, which requires joint action among all supporters of the project. He also reviewed a number of topics related to the coordination of the outputs of university education, focusing on communication with industry, providing the labor market with the necessary expertise and skills, strengthening university ties with the local community, and providing the student with the program. In addition, he stressed that students should be trained in constructive dialogue, accepting the other opinion, finding solutions to move the university to more international projects, introducing more joint programs and enhancing the university's presence in international forums and projects. .
