Prof. El-Salem Honors Students Participating in the "Leadership and Self Development" Workshop, which was Held in Collaboration with Queen's University/UK

On behalf of Prof. Saeb Khreisat, President of the University, Prof. Khalid El-Salem, Vice President of the University, honored the students who participated in the training course that was held by the Faculty of Pharmacy in collaboration with the University of Queen's Belfast/UK under the title "Elite Personal Development and Leadership". The workshop included multiple topics and activities on how to identify and govern self and accept others, the cooperative working environment, acceptance of difference, and how to put each person in the right place for his personality. The workshop was instructed by Dr. Muhannad Odeh, the strategic consultant to Queen's University/UK for the Middle East and North Africa region, where Dr. Odeh reviewed basic leadership and communication skills. The workshop was attended by many graduating level students from the Faculty of Pharmacy. The workshop was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Sayer Al-azzam, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Professor El-Salem, said that this workshop develops the personality of students and improve their skills to be ready to transfer to work environment. Dr. El-Salem added that such courses are in line with the University's policies, which ensure the provision of excellent training programs for students.
