Prof. Al-Abini Patronizes the Conclusion of the Scientific Debate For Students of Jordan University of Science and Technology
Deputizing the President of JUST Prof. Saeb Khreisat , the Vice-President of the University Prof. Mohammed Al-Abini patronized the conclusion of the first specialized scientific debate organized by the Faculty of Dentistry at the University in the presence of the Malaysian Ambassador in Amman HE Mr. Datuk Gild Ben Koyumding , the Dean of the faculty of Dentistry prof.. Suhad Al-Jundi And the President of the Saudi Students' Club in Irbid Mr.Ali Al-Qambar.
Prof. Al-Abini stressed the University's interest in extracurricular activities and creative skills and its continuous efforts towards stimulating the students' general intellectual and cultural development and enhancing the diversity of their scientific achievements. These concepts play an important role in the success of students and enhance their abilities to better plan for their future on a clearly defined vision, stressing that the university support for the students' talents in various fields is essential part of the university mission in building and refining the personality of the university student.
Al-Abini expressed his appreciation to the faculty members and students who organized this initiative, which promotes the spirit of enthusiasm and competition among students, and help them to establish the concepts of dialogue, and accept the opinion of others.
The coordinator of the event who is a member of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Abu Bakr Qutaishat said that the purpose of this competition is to develop students' communication and team-working skills and their abilities to deal with scientific research including analytical criticism , brainstorming skills and logical analysis of scientific research papers.
At the end of the final debate, which was attended by a number of faculty members and students, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Suhad Al-Jundi handed prizes to the winning team and shields to the event's sponsors
