Kuwaiti Students at JUST

Celebrate the Kuwait National Day

The Kuwaiti students at JUST  organized  an event at the Deanship of Student Affairs to celebrate the Kuwaiti National Day in coordination  with JUST International Students Office. The event  was attended by Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan HE Dr. Hamad Al-Duaij, Acting President of JUST Prof. Khalid Al-Salim , Dean of Students Affairs Prof. Awni Al –Atoum , Deputy Head of Kuwait Cultural Office (KCO) in Jordan Mr.Bader Al-Mutairi, and the Director of JUST International Students Office Mr. Hassan Al-Zu'b.

HE Al-Duaij applauded the strong and vibrant relationship shared between Jordan and Kuwait and the educational and cultural cooperation between  the Kuwaiti Embassy and  JUST.

Al Salim said that organizing this celebration at the university reflects the university's keenness and continuous efforts towards  spreading the passion and love among all its students of different nationalities. He added that the Kuwaiti students are an integral part of the university body and their participating in their national celebrations is part  of the university's efforts towards developing a sense of belonging and connectedness within the university  culture.

Al-Atuom said that the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university plays a key role in achieving the university's mission and strives to provide all needed services   to  all students of different  nationalities . Al-Atuom also noted that the number of Kuwaiti students at JUST  is about 450 students
