A delegation from Virginia Commonwealth University/USA met with the president of JUST, Prof. Omar Al-Jarrah. The delegation was represented by Prof. Mckeena Brown, the Executive Director of the Global Education Office and Mr. Osama Alami the Associate director of the office. The president of JUST welcomed the delegation and presented the university's strategic goals and recent administrative steps taken by the university's administration towards achieving internationalization and enhancing the institution's global outreach.

The two parties discussed mutual potential collaboration in the fields of Medicine, Pharmacy and Allied Medical Sciences that could be established between the two parties with focus on joint research, the establishment of dual degrees and postgraduate studies.
