The Crown Prince Foundation Launches the Opportunities Camp - Building Youth Leadership Capacities at the Jordan University of Science and Technology
In cooperation with the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, the Opportunities Camp - Building Youth Leadership Capacities, organized by the Crown Prince Foundation at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, launched today, Sunday, July 20, 2025, in the center's activities hall. The camp aims to develop leadership and personal skills among young people. The event was attended by the center's director, Dr. Muhannad Qwaider, the Irbid office coordinator, Engineer Osama Al-Shraideh, and the center's staff. At the opening of the camp, the director expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Jordan University of Science and Technology for hosting the camp's activities, calling on all participants to benefit from the topics covered during the camp. The center's director welcomed the Crown Prince Foundation team and all participants, urging them to take advantage of such opportunities, given their significant impact on developing and enhancing the personal and leadership skills of young people. It's worth noting that the "Opportunity Camp" is an integrated training program aimed at developing leadership and personal skills among young people. It includes a series of interactive training sessions over five days, contributing to the development of a generation of young leaders capable of bringing about positive and sustainable change in their communities. The goal is to enhance young people's self-confidence and leadership abilities, empowering participants to transform their ideas into realistic, impactful initiatives and harnessing them to serve the community. The first module, presented by trainer Dr. Ahmed Al-Shomali, focuses on self-building and development.
