April 14 /// The Jordan University of Science and Technology, represented by the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, participated in the First International Conference on Creative Projects 2025. This participation reflects the university's vision to promote entrepreneurship and innovation and support youth ideas and projects.
The center participated with four pioneering creative projects: PB Praxis Bag, Intelligent Cane, Nowaty iMeet, and Transportation. These projects reflect the university's efforts to embrace and develop youth energies and transform their ideas into practical solutions that serve society and keep pace with future developments.
The conference, held in partnership between the Society of Retired Military Engineers and JAIP, and with the support of the Amman and Jordan Chambers of Industry, aims to highlight entrepreneurial and development projects and create an environment conducive to innovation and creativity. This is in line with the Economic Modernization Vision launched by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, which emphasizes the importance of empowering youth and building a sustainable knowledge economy.
The university was represented at the conference by Professor Muhannad Quwaider, Director of the Center of Excellence for Creative Projects, who emphasized the importance of such platforms in opening new horizons for young entrepreneurs and enhancing cooperation between academic and industrial institutions to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development.
