September 29 /// The Faculty of Science and Arts at Jordan University of Science and Technology obtained international accreditations for all its basic science programs and departments.

The Faculty of Science and Arts achieved a qualitative international achievement, with the Department of Physics and the Department of Mathematics obtaining the American ABET international accreditation for a period of four years. The previous international accreditations went to the Chemistry Department, which obtained Canadian accreditation, and the Biotechnology Department, which obtained German accreditation.

The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Salem, expressed his happiness at achieving this outstanding achievement for the Faculty of Science and Arts, adding that this step comes as part of the university’s strategic plan to achieve international accreditation, which will contribute to ensuring quality and promoting excellence in academic programs
