The Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) and Jadara University signed an academic cooperation agreement on Sunday 4/5/2025 , aimed at sponsoring graduate students from the Faculties of Pharmacy and Allied Medical Sciences at Jadara University to pursue their doctoral studies at JUST. This initiative seeks to enhance the level of higher education and scientific research between the two universities.

The agreement was signed by Professor Basheer Khasawneh, Vice President of JUST, and Professor Dr. Habis Hatamleh, President of Jadara University, in the presence of Professor Dr. Qusay Al-Balas, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, his deputy Professor Dr. Suhair Al-Nimri, and a number of officials from both sides.

According to the agreement, JUST will admit students who meet the scholarship requirements and follow up on their academic progress. This process will be carried out based on financial and legal arrangements agreed upon by both parties. Additionally, liaison officers from both universities will be appointed to ensure effective implementation of the agreement's provisions and facilitate communication.

Both parties emphasized that this agreement comes within the framework of strengthening scientific and academic cooperation among higher education institutions in Jordan and supporting the development of qualified academic staff who contribute to community service and improving the quality of education and research at both institutions
