The office offers a range of services designed to support Arab and international students:

-Inquiries and Admission Information: Respond to inquiries from students outside Jordan, providing detailed information about university admissions. Follow up with students to complete registration procedures via email (iso@just.edu.jo) and office landlines.

-Visa Assistance: Help students obtain entry visas for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and liaise with the Ministry of Interior regarding their applications.

-Airport Reception and Orientation: Greet students at the airport, arrange transportation to the university in student groups, and provide them with informational brochures about the university, its facilities, and its faculties.

-Form Processing: Complete and electronically submit forms to the Ministry of Interior to address the security and legal status of students from Arab and foreign countries, based on their individual circumstances and nationalities, in accordance with Jordanian Ministry of Interior guidelines.

-Coordination with Embassies: Work with embassies and cultural attachés to provide names of local community supervisors and facilitate meetings, discussions, and seminars for Arab and international students.

-Community Meetings: Host students wishing to organize meetings for their communities at the office, providing a suitable environment and venue for such events.​
