The large scale adoption of data science systems and solutions
by the industry, the finical institutions and social networks is unprecedent
for any emerging technology. These
sectors are harnessing the benefits of the tremendous amount of data they are
collecting while creating insights and business values for advancing their
business models. The integration of data science systems with the advance Artificial
intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) solutions is moving these systems to
the next level where a long-term planning and the ability to evolve is becoming
a systematic process. Moreover, the new trend of processing the data at the
data generation source using Edge computing systems is reducing the overhead of
moving and storing such data to the cloud. No doubts that data science systems
are still in their early stages and there is a room for advancement. The International
Workshop on Future Data Science Systems (FDSS) is aiming to collect recent
contributions on the FDSS domain by focusing on emerging solutions and models
while considering the challenges that is facing such systems such as the
security and the scalability.
FDSS is
looking for a high quality papers offering new insights to the development of data
science systems and their integration with AI/ML. Also, we are seeking
