The
below instructions are essential to ensure that you comply with the publication
requirements set by IEEE for your paper(s) to be included in the conference
proceedings and published and indexed by IEEE.
Note
that you should register your paper(s), before
starting submitting your camera-ready package. The deadline for Registration, Ready Camera
Submissions and Copyright forms for accepted papers is April 19th , 2021 (11PM PST).
Step 1: Final Paper Preparation
and Format
Make
sure you modify your paper according to the reviewer’s comments. Failure to do
so may lead to your paper removal from the final proceedings. You should follow
the following formatting guidelines. All papers should be in PDF format. A full
paper must be of maximum length of 8 pages (including all figures, tables, and
references). Please make use of the appropriate IEEE template for conference
proceedings, to prepare your revised manuscript. IEEE templates can be found
at https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html. DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission. The following table summarizes the

Numbered as [1], [2], ..... Refer to template for detailed ordering of reference text. Reference order should be in IEEE format. Unless there are six authors or more give all authors’ names; do not
use “et al.”. Papers that have not been published, even if they have been
submitted for publication, should be cited as “unpublished” [4]. Papers that
have been accepted for publication should be cited as “in press” [5].
Capitalize only the first word in a paper title, except for proper nouns and
element symbols. In URL, last accessed date is MUST |
Step 2: IEEE PDF
eXpress
Note
that the Camera-Ready paper version needs to be IEEE PDF eXpress compatible,
otherwise, your paper will not go through the camera-ready submission system.
To test and convert your paper to IEEE PDF eXpress compatible version, you
should upload it to the conference dedicated IEEE PDF eXpress website. Your
paper acceptance notification email will also include the conference ID needed
for the IEEE PDF eXpress. You will need to follow these instructions to convert
your paper:
- Previous users of PDF eXpress:
- Log in to the IEEE
PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- Enter the following:
- 52457X for
the Conference ID
- your
email address
- your
password
- Continue to enter
information as prompted and upload your PDF file. An Online confirmation
will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent once the IEEE
PDF eXpress approved paper is created. You need to download this approved
version.
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select Create
Account - https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup.
- Enter the following:
- 52457X for
the Conference ID
- your
email address
- a
password
- Continue to enter
information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an
email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. upload your
PDF file. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email
confirmation will be sent once the IEEE PDF eXpress approved paper is
created. You need to download this approved version.
Step 3: Electronic
IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)
For
the Copyright form, the authors should complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright
Form (eCF) by following the steps included in the form in Step 4.
Step 4: Final Paper
Package Submission
The
final package submission is to be completed electronically through the
following link:

When
you are done successfully with your submission, you will receive a confirmation
email.
For
any further queries or needed support, email us at icics@just.edu.jo. Please do not send multiple emails
and allow 48 hours to receive a reply, therefore, we advise you to NOT leave the
submission your camera-ready submission to the last minute so that if there are
any issues, they can be resolved in time.
The
conference organizers will not be responsible if your paper is omitted from the
proceedings, is not available online on IEEE Xplore, or is subject to any additional
processing costs, if the above steps are not followed completely. IEEE reserves
the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including
IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at
the conference.
