Please prepare your manuscript as in IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings guidelines: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Papers are limited to SIX (6) pages in length, it must be IEEE Xplore-compatible, and it must follow the formatting instructions provided in IEEE. Only two extra pages are allowed with extra fees of $100. It is mandatory that your paper is formatted for standard A4 size paper using IEEE conference proceedings templates.

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed, and prospective authors are expected to register their papers to the conference. The accepted and registered papers will appear in the conference proceedings. Then, the conference proceedings will be submitted to IEEE. Best paper will be selected by peer reviews and will be announced during the social event at the conference.
