The culmination of the visit of the professors from the University of Ruse was the visit to the Institute of Nanotechnology, where they were met by its director - prof. Borhan Albiss. The Institute of Nanotechnology is one of the leading units of JUST and has a unique equipment to conduct research in the fields of micro and nanotechnology, materials science, food technology, aeronautics, and more.
Prof. Maria Nikolova from the Department of "Material Science and Materials Technology" and prof. Borhan Albiss discussed in detail the common areas of research at the University of Ruse and the JUST Institute of Nanotechnology, as well as the possibilities for implementing joint scientific and research projects and initiatives.
