Students from the College of Computer and Information Technology Participate in the Tawasul 2026 Forum
A number of students from the Jordan University of Science and Technology participated in the “Tawasul 2026” forum, which was held under the patronage of His Royal Highness, Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II of Jordan. The forum serves as a national platform that reflects Jordan’s vision for the future and strengthens the role of young people in driving transformation and change.
There was a large turnout of young people, academics, experts, and decision-makers at the forum. Discussions on artificial intelligence and digital transformation were a central focus of the debate, particularly in light of growing questions about the future of jobs and the limits of technology’s impact on humanity. The discussions underscored the importance of investing in people by raising awareness, fostering innovation skills, and building the knowledge needed to lead the future and create a genuine, sustainable impact in light of the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies.
The forum also provided a valuable opportunity for ambitious youth to exchange experiences and build bridges of communication with various academic and professional entities. These dialogues emphasized that building the future requires genuine partnerships between knowledge, technology, and conscious leadership capable of transforming challenges into opportunities.
Several students from the university’s College of Computer and Information Technology attended the forum, including Fares Majid Masadeh, Sadeel Al-Qar’an, Muna Sawalmeh, Salma Mu’adh, Tasneem Al-Sarour, and Muhammad Al-Shayab. Fares Majid Masadeh's success story was highlighted as an exemplary youth model in recognition of his initiatives and efforts in carrying out technical and volunteer activities that serve students and the community, reflecting a commendable image of Jordanian youth.
At the College of Computer and Information Technology, we are proud of our students' achievements in excellence, diligence, and active participation in various national forums. We believe that ambitious and creative youth are essential to building a more developed future.
