Female students from the College of Computer and Information Technology participate in a workshop on artificial intelligence skills at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship
On Thursday, 6/2/2025, the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology participated in the workshop on artificial intelligence skills held by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union and Ernst & Young, a workshop dedicated to girls, and based on the placement of the faculty, the female students participated: Rawan Ghassan Talafah, Ranad Jamal Owais, and Samira Ahmed Al-Damen from the Artificial Intelligence specialization, and the two students: Farah Saber Abu Ajamiya and Majd Ahmed Al-Eidah from the data science program.
The workshop targets young people to refine their technical skills in the field of artificial intelligence and empower them in preparation for the future, in implementation of the Jordanian strategy for artificial intelligence, which includes one of its goals focusing on capacity building and skills development in this field.
