The College of Arts and Sciences adopts a set of policies aimed at activating its role in community service through the community services it provides. Emphasis was placed on the community participation policy adopted by the College to spread awareness of the concept of the rule of law and the need to spread the culture of the rule of law, and everything related to the rule of law for the development of the local community. Community; To be a safe society away from corruption, nepotism, and violation of laws and regulations.

In order to activate this role, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Khaled Al Shawaqfeh, in his capacity as a fellow expert in the rule of law, emphasized the following:

The fellowship aims to improve the knowledge of youth and society about the concepts of the rule of law in Jordan and to emphasize that this rule is one of the pillars of security, economic and social stability, and that one of the most important pillars of its implementation is the joint work between local government in the governorates and youth

This came at the conclusion of the activities of the Fellowship of Ambassadors of the Rule of Law in Jerash Governorate

On Saturday 8/19/2023, the closing ceremony of the “Ambassadors of the Rule of Law” Fellowship, implemented by the Street Law Foundation, in cooperation with the Arab World Center for Democratic Development and Human Rights and in partnership with the Greater Jerash Municipality, kicked off on Saturday 8/19/2023 in Jerash Governorate.

During the ceremony, a group of videos simulating the principle of "fundamental rights are safeguarded" were shown with a number of members of the local community and officials in the municipality.

The ceremony included talking about the royal directives to protect the process of democracy and reform in Jordan and to eliminate all forms of corruption and nepotism that would affect the rights of citizens and violate societal justice and the principle of the rule of law.​
