         Within the framework of the honorary activities that the Department of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering has been keen to establish since its establishment, a ceremony was held in the department to honor Prof. Dr. Abdel Karim Al-Sallal, one of the founders of the department.  .  .  who devoted his life and effort to providing science and knowledge to the university and its students, he is a model of duty and sincere hard work.

         The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Khaled Al-Shawaqfeh, sponsored the ceremony, which was attended by his deputies, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Omari, Dr. Rami Al-Khatib, and the Head of the Biotechnology Department.  And genetic engineering, Dr. Laith Al-Aitan, and a number of faculty members in the department.  The attendees expressed their love, appreciation and praise to Dr. Al-Sallal for what he provided to the department and the university throughout his service period.
