The Career Guidance and Alumni Affairs Office at Jordan University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with Spark Organization and the Business Development Center, is pleased to announce the launch of the STEP program. This program is funded by the Islamic Development Bank and the Abdulaziz Al Ghurair Foundation and offers free training opportunities to develop market-relevant skills.

Program Benefits:

1. Practical training opportunity for three months in the private sector.
2. Monthly stipends during the training period.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Jordanian citizenship.
2. Age between 18 and 24 years.
3. Currently unemployed and actively seeking work.
4. Recent graduate or expected to graduate in the current academic term.
