The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Jordan University of Science and Technology, in cooperation with the University of Houston / Dr. Samina Salem, and with the support of the American Rawabet-Fulbright Program, have organized an event to promote mental health among Jordanian and Syrian women residing in the city of Ramtha. The event included an awareness lecture given by Prof. Fida Almomani about lifestyles and behaviors that must be followed to promote physical and psychological health. Awareness leaflets were also distributed to the participants.
