The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, in collaboration with Monash University, is organizing the 5th JUST Paramedics International Conference (JUST-PIC 2023) under the title "We work together to reduce risks", which will be held at Jordan University of Science and Technology on March 13-14, 2023.
This conference aims to exchange experiences about the best clinical practices that improve ambulance services, refine skills of paramedics, and elevate scientific research in the field of paramedics. The conference will include workshops and scientific lectures on the latest developments in emergency medical services, care for injuries, disaster management and the challenges facing the ambulance and emergency profession, which are presented by a group of experts specialized in the field of Paramedics at the national and international levels. The conference activities will also include an exhibition and scientific competitions (e.g., the best research paper and best poster). The competition for the best paramedic and the best community initiative. During the conference, the paramedics' department will carry out a mass casualty drill and how to deal with it.
