​The annual meeting of the teaching and administrative bodies was held at the College of Veterinary Medicine in the presence of Professor Dr. Suhad Al-Jundi, Vice President of the University. Professor Dr. Maysar Omar Al-Akash, Dean of the College, began the meeting with a welcome speech in which she expressed her appreciation for the attendees, during which she reviewed the most prominent ambitions and challenges facing the College at this stage.

The meeting included honoring Professor Dr. Odeh Al-Rawashdeh, Professor of Internal Medicine, who has reached retirement age. This honor was given in recognition of his pioneering role in establishing the College of Veterinary Medicine and the great efforts he made during his academic career, as he was always committed to performing his duties to the fullest. Dr. Al-Jundi presented a shield in honor of Dr. Al-Rawashdeh, and Professor Dr. Samih Abu Tarbush was also honored in appreciation of his distinguished efforts during his tenure as dean of the college from 2022 to 2024.

The meeting concluded by offering congratulations and gifts to a number of colleagues on the occasion of their promotion and academic and career advancement.
