Ms. Fawzia Ammoura, Assistant Project Director of the Blue Peace ME Project and Head of the Projects Section at the Water Diplomacy Center, along with Ms. Shorouq Al-Bashabsha, Financial Accountant for the Blue Peace ME Project, participated in the "Good Financial and Administrative Internal Governance" training workshop which was organized by the Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Technology at JUST.
This two-day workshop covered various topics such as the concept and principles of internal financial and administrative governance, methods of internal administrative governance, as well as the role and methods of internal control and auditing to meet quality standards and monitor performance effectively. Emphasis was placed on achieving plans and goals, especially for Projects' employees, both locally and internationally.
The involvement of WDC staff underscores the Center's commitment to enhancing the competence of its project workforce. This dedication positively influences the quality of services provided to individuals and communities, showcasing the Center's continuous commitment to developing and improving governance and internal management practices, thereby enhancing work quality and service delivery.
