A training workshop entitled: Effective E-learning Design Workshop in the Center for E-learning and Educational Resources
The E-Learning and Open Educational Resources Center, in collaboration with the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, held an online training workshop via MS Teams on Wednesday and Thursday, June 18–19, 2025. The event was attended by a distinguished group of faculty members and was titled:
Designing Effective E-Learning Content
The workshop aimed to equip participants with skills to apply instructional design models for developing effective e-learning, and to design engaging and inclusive e-learning activities that cater to all students.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr. Jihad Rababah, Vice Dean of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of such training workshops in enhancing faculty performance and instructional quality.
Eng. Ibtisam Ababneh, Head of the Digital Learning Resources Development Division, provided an overview of the services offered by the center and introduced the workshop's objectives, highlighting its significance in improving the quality of online courses.
The sessions were delivered by Eng. Ibtisam Ababneh, Sara Al-Shamikh, Sajida Musleh, and Alya Al-Zaarir, who led the training and responded to faculty members’ inquiries.
