Important: You cannot create a new Outlook 2010 profile after you enabled MFA on webmail account, it is highly recommended to update your Microsoft Office to 2016 or 2013.
However, for existing Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 profiles you need the "app password" you created in webmail setup. See also

To setup MFA for MS-Outlook 2010/2013:
- Open Control Panel and choose
"view by: Small icons".
- Enter
"Credential Manager".
- Point to
"Windows credentials" In Windows 10
OR "Windows Vault" in windows 7, and scroll down to
"Generic credentials".
- Expand all credentials for "MS.Outlook: xxxxx@just.edu.jo" in windows 7 OR "Microsoft Account:user=xxxxx@just.edu.jo" in windows10.
- Click "Edit".
- Insert your "app password" and Click "Save".
- Open outlook 2010/2013. You may asked to enter a password, if so; Type your "app Password" again and you done.
