To create a new app password do the following:
- Choose "Settings", then scroll down to "Office 365".
- Navigate to "Security & Privacy".
- Expand "Additional security verification" and click on "Create and manage app passwords".
- Press "create" button.
- Choose a name for your app password, and click "Next".
- Copy the app password and save it somewhere in order to use it when you set up any mail application except MS-outlook 2016.
