In partnership with the
Human Resources Unit, the Information Technology and Communications Center (ICCT) created and developed a new system named
"Employee Clearance System".
The system aims to assist faculty and administrative staff at the university in completing the clearance process following leaving their jobs. at the university
The system is divided into two parts:
- Part one is intended for employees. It enables them to access all clearance-related information and details, such as what needs to be done, who must authorize their clearance, and when the procedure must be completed.
- Part two is intended for the relevant university entities. It enables them to carry out the appropriate permissions to permit clearing for employees who have resigned or whose service has come to an end.
