The Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology took part in the university edition of the Fintech Rally 2026 competition, organized by the Jordanian Payments and Clearing Company (JoPACC) with broad participation from students at Jordanian public and private universities, to develop innovative solutions in the field of financial technology. The Center's participation formed part of its ongoing efforts to empower students, enhance their capabilities in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship, and connect them with the latest developments in the fintech sector.

​Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, emphasized that participation in such events reflects the Center's commitment to nurturing a generation of innovators and entrepreneurs capable of keeping pace with digital transformations, by providing students with the opportunity to explore the latest technologies and innovative solutions, and enabling them to utilize technology in developing pioneering solutions that contribute to supporting the digital economy and achieving sustainable development, in line with the University's vision of leadership, excellence and innovation, He added that the Center continues to build strategic partnerships with national and international institutions, and to provide students with unique opportunities to participate in specialized events that help hone their skills, enhance their readiness for the job market, and transform their innovative ideas into entrepreneurial projects with economic and social impact.
