The Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology organizes a specialized workshop on opportunities to study abroad, featuring a select group of Jordanian academics from international universities
In the presence of the Vice-President of the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Professor Dr. Muna Abu Dalo, and the Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, the Center in collaboration with the organization 'JANA – Jordanians Graduates of North America', organized a special workshop entitled 'Studying Abroad: Inspiring Experiences… and Confident Steps Towards the Future", with the participation of an academic delegation from the United States of America and Canada. During her opening remarks, Dr. Muna Abu Dalo emphasized the importance of such events in broadening students' horizons and enhancing their readiness to take advantage of international academic opportunities, noting that the Jordan University of Science and Technology is committed to providing a supportive learning environment that enables its students to compete and excel at both regional and global levels, Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, a member of the Board of Directors of the JANA Organization, also emphasized that this workshop forms part of a series of events aimed at empowering students and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, in line with the university's vision of preparing talented individuals capable of competing and excelling.

Professor Dr. Feras Alali – Qatar University
Dr. Mohammad Al-Masri – University of Oklahoma
Dr. Tasnim Gharaibeh – Kalamazoo College
Dr. Muhannad Suleiman – Lehigh University
Dr. Mohammad Shawaqfeh – King Saud Bin Abdul-Aziz University for Health Sciences
The speakers discussed the key opportunities available for studying abroad, the admission requirements for international universities, and the processes for securing scholarships, whilst also sharing their personal experiences and lessons learnt, and offering practical advice to help students plan their academic and professional paths with confidence and clarity, The workshop also included an interactive discussion session moderated by Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss various issues relating to studying abroad. There was a high level of engagement from the audience, which helped to enrich the dialogue and provide practical information to support the students' ambitions.
