The Centre of Excellence for Innovative Projects Crowned Champions of the Jordan University of Science and Technology Staff Five-a-side Football Tournament
In a remarkable sporting achievement that reflects the spirit of teamwork and ambition, the Centre of Excellence for Innovative Projects team was crowned champions of the Jordan University of Science and Technology staff five-a-side football tournament, organized by the Sports Activities Department within the Deanship of Student Affairs as part of the university's celebrations of national occasions and holidays, with a number of teams representing the university's various units and departments taking part. The Centre's team's victory came following an exceptional performance and a high standard of play throughout the tournament, with the players delivering strong matches characterized by excellent sportsmanship, discipline and cooperation, thereby earning the title through merit and hard work.
This achievement is particularly significant given that the team included Dr. Ahmad Bani Younes, Director of the Centre, the Centre's Deputy Director, Dr. Deaa Bataineh, and the Director of Administrative Services, Mr. Wael Tulailan, alongside a number of staff members who worked side by side with the team members to secure the title – a testament to the spirit of leadership, participation and cooperation that characterizes the university's working environment.
