The Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects organizes a training course titled (Python Programming Foundation)
On Sunday, April 27, 2025, the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects organized a training course titled (Python Programming Foundation) targeting students from the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The course aimed to introduce students to the basics of programming using the Python language. The course covered the following main topics:
Python printing and variables, data structures, conditions and loops, functions and error handling, and packages such as NumPy and Pandas.
The course will also include a competition between students using simple tests to consolidate knowledge, and a final project to enhance the students' learning experience. The course will last for three weeks, on Sundays and Thursdays.
The workshop was presented by Shahd Munther Hawamdeh, a student from the Department of Biomedical Engineering.
