In cooperation with the Scientific Creativity Club in the university, the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects organized a workshop on Tuesday, March 16, 2025, on the basics of design using the Canva tool. Which will be held for two days, the workshop targeted university students from all majors who wish to develop their creative skills and advance their careers in visual content design. The workshop covered several topics, including design basics, the most important visual elements, the tools needed for design coordination, how to choose colors and fonts, and arrange elements. It also covered the use of ready-made templates and their modification, enabling students to use Canva to design publications and brochures, as well as academic and personal projects.

​The workshop was presented by Wissam Al-Alimi, a student from the College of Arts and Sciences majoring in Applied Chemistry with three years of experience in design.
