On Thursday, March 13, 2025, the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects organized a workshop titled "Software Engineering and Backend." The workshop targeted university students from various colleges, with the goal of teaching them how to build highly efficient software. This enabled students to familiarize themselves with the terminology used in the job market and gain a general understanding of the nature of the work of a software engineer.

The workshop was presented by Abdullah Abu Saleh, a software development engineer from Careem.
