Within the policy of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects in developing and refining the creative skills of university students, a training workshop entitled (Software Engineering) was held on Sunday, 5/5/2024 at the center. The workshop targeted students of the College of Computer and Information Technology in general and the Department of Software Engineering in particular, where it was presented A presentation of the basics of (Software Engineering) and a discussion of some of the basic requirements and methods used in the labor market, such as (Design patterns) and (Agile and waterfall methods) with the aim of enhancing students' awareness and knowledge of the requirements of the labor market and developing their skills, in addition to developing communication, presentation and effective communication skills, and improving awareness of the importance of Continuing professional development and motivating students to continue developing their skills after graduation.
Its implementation was supervised by the university's College of Computer and Information Technology, student Iyad Muhammad Fahmi Al-Azzam, majoring in software engineering.
