Part of the participation of the Head of the Business Incubation and Industry Liaison Division at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, Mr. Ahmed Hatamleh, in the Training of Trainers (TOT) program implemented by the Business Development Center - BDC within the STEP program funded by the Islamic Development Bank and the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund in cooperation with SPARK, we give young people Necessary skills for the labor market!

It is worth noting that the aforementioned program will be held during the period 4/27-5/2/2024 in Amman, and aims to provide participants with basic information related to the foundations and concepts of learning programs integrated with work skills, and to provide them with the applied skills necessary to develop integrated learning programs with work skills and identify needs. Its target groups, designing its objectives and content, implementing and evaluating it, and determining the enablers of its success, which enhances their adoption of best practices that contribute to improving the quality of the educational process.
