On Thursday, 3/28/2024, the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects held a training workshop entitled (Spacesuit Design) to introduce students to the basics of spacesuit design, in cooperation with the Scientific Creativity Club in the Deanship of Student Affairs. It targeted university students from various majors from the Faculties of Engineering, Science, and Arts.
It is worth noting that this workshop was implemented by engineer Salam Abu Al-Haija, a graduate of the Jordan University of Science and Technology, specializing in mechanical engineering, who holds scholarships from the International Institute for Space Science (IIAS), and is the first Jordanian space suit designer, having designed 6 space suits.
