A delegation from AMIDEAST for Educational and Training Services visited the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects
As part of its visit to the Jordan University of Science and Technology, a delegation from the AMIDEAST Organization for Educational and Training Services, headed by the Country Director of AMIDEAST Jordan, Mrs. Nour Al-Rashid, today, Wednesday, 2/7/2024, visited the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, which is a private, non-profit organization that aims to improve educational opportunities. And training in the Middle East and North Africa region, by providing English language education and training in vocational and educational skills. It also supports many institutional development projects in the region, and runs cultural and educational exchange programs among them.
The visiting delegation was received by the center's staff, in the presence of the Vice President of the University, Professor Muna Abu-Dalo, and a brief explanation was given about the services provided by the center. The visit included a tour of the center's facilities, which included the technological incubator, the activities hall, and the business accelerator. The visiting delegation expressed its admiration for the services provided by the center to support projects. And creative ideas for students and the local community alike.
The university also signed a memorandum of understanding with the organization with the aim of developing the skills of Jordanian youth in the fields of functional and digital skills appropriate for the aviation sector to keep pace with the required work skills. The memorandum included enhancing cooperation between the two sides by providing the necessary training to a number of young people in Jordanian society in the fields and functional and digital skills appropriate for the aviation sector.
