A training workshop was held at the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects on Wednesday, 11/15/2023, entitled "Suturing Wounds," as suturing wounds is considered a medical foundation that preserves the health and safety of the patient and one of the basics in the field of studying medicine. The workshop targeted fourth-year medical students. Approaching the clinical training stage.
This workshop was presented by Dr. Ali Saleh Al-Rubai from the Ministry of Health, where he explained the theoretical and practical material and trained the students on suturing various wounds, including: cosmetic wounds, blood vessels, and suturing angles, and how to deal with different types of wounds.
It is worth noting that such workshops support the practical side and hone training skills to develop the creative side of students.
