Under the patronage of His Highness Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince, the activities of the Artificial Intelligence Conference and Exhibition for Defense Technology and Cyber Security AIDTSEC 2023 kicked off in its second edition SOFEX Jordan on Monday 4/9/2023, which will be held for two days at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center in the Dead Sea region In the presence of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Al-Hananda, Vice Chairman of SOFEX Board of Directors Brigadier General Engineer Ayman Al-Batran, Assistant Chairman of the Joint Staff for Planning, Organization and Defense Resources, Chairman of SOFEX Board of Directors Brigadier General Tawfiq Al-Marzouq, Head of the National Center for Cybersecurity Engineer Bassam Al-Maharma, and a number of representatives of the official authorities and the private sector, with wide participation from brotherly and friendly countries.
The AIDTSEC 2023 conference and exhibition, which is considered the most important in terms of artificial intelligence in the region, aims to highlight the latest technologies and developments in artificial intelligence and robotic engineering that can help find vital solutions for daily operations in the defense sector, infrastructure, big data, data analytics, cybersecurity, protection Data and many other topics, in addition to exchanging experiences and strategies between innovators, experts and leading emerging companies in the field of defense technology and cybersecurity with decision makers to discuss the most important developments in the field of artificial intelligence and the challenges it faces.
Jordan University of Science and Technology participated in the Jordanian pavilion of the exhibition, represented by the Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, Prof. Muhannad Quwaider, the Head of the Technology Incubator and Technical Support Division, Eng. Mustafa Al-Saleh, and the Head of the Business Incubator and Linkage with Industry Division, Mr. Ahmed Hatamleh, in addition to the student Osama Al-Rantisi and Dr. Nisreen Abdel-Aal from the college of engineering, engineer Khalaf Anaghreh from the college of Computer and Information Technology and from the collage of Science ans Arts the lecturer Mr. Hasan khaled Al-Bzoor.

- Electric vehicle charger.
- Development of armored plates with electromagnetic interference shielding capabilities.
- Development of a remote controlled flying vehicle (RC-FV).
- Efficient Coding Education and Exam Management.

- Interactive Generative Pre-Trained Transformers.
- Liquid Detergent Machine (LDM).
It is worth noting that this edition was marked by the launch of the (ARMYTHON) competition, which is the first competition of its kind in the Middle East and Africa region specialized in the fields of cybersecurity and encryption, which was launched by the Jordanian Center for Design and Development "Godbey" on Saturday 9/2/2023 for a period of three days for specialists and experts. From the armies and security agencies, under the auspices of the Deputy Chairman of the Center's Board of Directors/Director General, Brigadier General Ayman Ahmed Al-Batran, and under the supervision of the Center's Cyber Shield Academy.
