Today, Saturday, October 4, 2025, the activities of the NASA Space Apps Challenge kicked off, organized by a group of students from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in cooperation with the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the university. The competition will continue over three days, with the participation of 200 students representing 40 teams from various academic disciplines. The event aims to encourage students to engage in innovation and scientific thinking by presenting creative solutions to challenges proposed by NASA.
The competition witnessed broad participation from students, who formed teams to develop projects addressing various topics such as environmental sustainability and space exploration. Workshops and training sessions were also provided for the participants, allowing them to enhance their skills and exchange ideas.
