​Professor Muhannad Quwaider and Dr. Wafa Taan from the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, along with Professor Hani Abu Qudays from the Department of Civil Engineering, participated in the 25th edition of the international entrepreneurship innovation program "Lab of Tomorrow," which aims to develop sustainable solutions for solid waste management in Jordan.

The program brought together a select group of innovators and entrepreneurs from Jordan, the region, and the world. They worked collaboratively and interactively to develop innovative ideas and transform them into viable business models, under the supervision of professional trainers and supporting partners.

This program supports sustainable entrepreneurship and is in line with the economic modernization vision launched by His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, by empowering youth, promoting innovation, and supporting environmental and development sectors.

​ This cooperation is an important step towards strengthening the partnership between the academic and private sectors, contributing to finding practical and sustainable solutions to the environmental challenges facing Jordanian society.​
