​Jordan University of Science and Technology, represented by the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, participated in the training workshops in the field of technological solutions in modern irrigation systems organized by Chemnitz University / Germany during the period from 17-21/2/2025. This participation comes within the framework of international cooperation within the SAXEED.ECO project supported by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD, where the delegation from the center included the director of the center, Professor Muhannad Quwaider, Director of the Project Services Department, Engineer Mustafa Al-Saleh, and from the Faculty of Agriculture, Professor Dr. Ammar Al-Balasma.

It is worth noting that these workshops aim to develop applied educational content in entrepreneurship/ sustainable development and support pioneering projects and ideas to address the challenges of water scarcity in Jordan and Algeria.​
